A note on KMZ links:
It is pretty easy to add in or remove many different links within any particular kmz (that's often the point of using them). The question of whether to put all the links in one kmz, or have lots of smaller ones is a often up to personal preference; it depends if you are a 'lumper' or a 'splitter'. As an example, the link to the Common Decision Environment (CDE) contains the red flag warning link, among many others. This page tries to strike a balance between inundation with too many separate pieces, and making things too hard to find. We have collected many of the best of these into one KMZ, which form the basis for a Google Earth based Common Operating Picture (COP)
If you have suggestions, we'd love the feedback.
